Day 1: Arrive Seattle
Arrive in Seattle and spend time exploring Seattle’s waterfront, Chinatown, Pioneer Square, the sights of Pike Place Market, and/or the Space Needle at your own leisure. Overnight in Seattle.

Day 2: Onto Vancouver.
After breakfast, check out Transfer to King Street Station for your Rocky Mountaineer journey to Vancouver. Highlights include Chittenden Locks linking Puget Sound to Lakes Union and Washington, the fishing fleet (and Boeing jets) of Everett, the fields at the foot of the Cascade Mountains near Mount Vernon, sunset views of Bellingham Bay and the San Juan Islands beyond, and the community of White Rock across the Canadian border. Overnight in Vancouver.

Day 3: In Vancouver
Enjoy a six-hour tour of Vancouver's spectacular North Shore. Next, visit Grouse Mountain (gondola admission included), the Peak of Vancouver, and take in breathtaking views of the city, ocean, and surrounding mountains. Overnight in Vancouver.

Day 4: Onto Kamploops
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Train station. Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Kamloops. Highlights include the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River. Overnight in Kamloops.

Day 5: Onto Jasper
Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to train station. Your adventure continues north and east to the Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta. Highlights include Mount Robson, at 3,954 metres (12,972 feet) the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, Pyramid Falls, and the climb over the Yellowhead Pass into Jasper National Park. Overnight in Jasper.

Day 6: In Jasper
Today after breakfast, the day is to explore Jasper. Jasper National Park is a World Heritage Site and the Canadian Rockies largest national park. Today you will enjoy a short scenic tour including the many natural attractions, rugged peaks, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of some of the many creatures that call this mountain park home. The remainder of the day is free for you to explore Jasper. Overnight in Jasper.

Day 7: Onto Lake Louise
Travel along one of the most scenic highways in the world, the Icefields Parkway to Lake Louise. A stop will be made at Athabasca Falls before arriving at the Columbia Icefield where you will ride on an Ice Explorer to the middle of the Athabasca Glacier. Afterwards, a brief stop will be made at Bow Lake before arriving in Lake Louise this afternoon. Overnight in Lake Louise.

Day 8: Onto Banff
After lunch on your own, take a half-day tour into Yoho National Park to view some of its natural wonders. Among the attractions are the Spiral Tunnels, Emerald Lake and a natural rock bridge that spans the Kicking Horse River. At the end of the tour you will be transferred to Banff. Overnight in Banff.

Day 9: Onto Calgary
Enjoy a full-day tour concluding in Calgary, starting with a sightseeing tour of Banff. Highlights include tseeing tour include Bow Falls, Lake Minnewanka, Surprise Corner and the Hoodoos. A trip on the Banff Gondola is also included. Continue on to Kananaskis for a 12-minute Summit Helicopter Tour over the remarkable landscape of the Rockies. Overnight in Calgary

Day 10:
Your vacation ends upon checkout from your Calgary hotel.
